At the same time, they will support each other in developing production, eliminating hunger and reducing poverty, caring for social security, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of each locality.
After the signing ceremony, representatives of the two localities attended the twinning ceremony according to the ethnic minority customs. The ceremony took place in a sacred atmosphere with full offerings: 7 jars of wine, 7 chickens, copper rings... in front of a large number of villagers. After performing the rituals, the shaman put copper rings on the hands of the delegates as a token symbolizing loyalty, always looking towards each other, helping each other to develop together.

The twinning program contributes to effectively implementing Directive 03-CT/TU dated August 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening twinning activities between localities, units and villages and hamlets in ethnic minority areas in the province.
