Nat Son Commune takes people's satisfaction as the center

Nat Son commune was merged from 4 communes of Du Sang, Hung Son, Xuan Thuy and Binh Son, with a natural area of ​​154.65 km2 and a population of nearly 29,000 people. Therefore, the number of people coming to carry out administrative procedures (TTHC) at the commune Public Administration Service Center (PVHCC) is quite high, an average of 30 records/day. With the motto of taking people as the center of service, the Party Committee and government of Nat Son commune have promoted administrative reform (CCHC), simplified procedures, increased information application, and shortened the time to process records for people. Thanks to the initiative, determination and high sense of responsibility from leaders to cadres and civil servants, the commune Public Administration Service Center has quickly stabilized its organization and put into operation, ensuring timely service for people and businesses.

The Commune Public Service Center is considered the "face" of the grassroots government, the place that directly serves the people and organizations. Accordingly, the Center has proactively reviewed and updated the newly issued set of administrative procedures. Currently, 100% of the set of administrative procedures of the Departments, branches, and communes have been publicly posted at the Center's headquarters. To facilitate people to perform administrative procedures quickly and accurately, from the stage of personnel arrangement, organization of the apparatus, the process of handling administrative procedures to innovation of public service style, all aim at efficiency, transparency, and people-centeredness. Officials and civil servants are assigned to be in charge of specific fields to ensure that work is not overlapped. Along with that, the commune assigns civil servants of specialized departments to directly support, advise, and answer questions of people when they come to perform administrative procedures; fully equipped with computer systems, signs, and areas for guiding and receiving administrative procedures at the Commune Public Service Center.

Nat Son Commune Administrative Service Center publicly posts 100% of administrative procedures under its authority for people to learn about.

Mr. Ly Huu Minh in Suoi Kho hamlet shared: “When I went to the commune Public Service Center to submit my child's birth registration application, the staff guided me very carefully, without having to jostle, and after 1 day of receiving the results, I went to receive them directly. The application is linked to 3 procedures of birth registration - permanent residence registration and health insurance card issuance for children under 6 years old, which is very convenient. In fact, now when going through administrative procedures, people no longer have the same anxiety as before but feel like they are a customer being served.”

According to statistics, from July 1, 2025 to August 18, 2025, the total number of administrative procedures received by the Public Service Center is 1,480, of which 1,275 are online and 204 are in person; (including the fields of Justice - Civil status 166 records; land 77 records; certification 854 records; business establishment and operation 28 records; social protection 355 records). 1,328 records have been resolved, 152 records are being resolved. All administrative procedures have been received, transferred to specialized departments for resolution and results have been returned to the people on time. The procedure process is quick, public, transparent, bringing satisfaction to the people.

Deputy Director of the Nat Son Commune Public Administration Service Center, Bui Van Tu, said: With the attention of the Party Committee - People's Committee of the commune, the infrastructure and equipment at the Center have basically been fully equipped. The network connection is stable; the system operates well. The Commune Public Administration Service Center plays an important role in administrative reform, improving the quality of service to people and businesses and promoting local development.

To deepen administrative reform and create transparency for the administration, Nat Son commune continues to strongly and comprehensively implement the project on digital transformation, building e-government; innovate the implementation of one-stop shop, one-stop shop, electronic one-stop shop mechanisms in handling administrative procedures in the direction of improving service quality, regardless of administrative boundaries; increase the application of information technology, reduce travel time, social costs and create convenience for people and businesses. At the same time, coordinate to organize training programs, coaching, and skill development for cadres and civil servants on working style, manners, spirit, attitude, and responsibility to perform public duties more professionally.
