Accordingly, the majority of households agree with the project construction policy; however, they hope that the State will pay attention to supporting a part of the previous funding they spent to build embankments to prevent landslides, or maybe adjust the design of piling outside the prescribed line by 1 to 2 meters to limit the impact on existing structures. The households also request relevant agencies to speed up the progress of site clearance and apply compensation prices.

The leaders of Tam Hai commune have noted the people's opinions and will forward them to the competent authorities. At the same time, they call on households to support the policy and promptly hand over the site to ensure progress of the project.
