On August 2, the People's Committee of Vinh Loc Commune (HCMC) organized a launching ceremony to respond to the peak emulation campaign "100 days of streamlined - strong - effective, efficient and effective activities" to welcome the Vinh Loc Commune Party Congress, towards the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress (term 2025 - 2030) and the 14th National Congress of the Party. The peak emulation campaign will be launched from July 1 to October 10.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Vu Huu Duy, Vice Chairman of Vinh Loc Commune People's Committee, said that the commune will launch emulation contents such as: emulation in socio -economic development, maintaining national defense, security, and stabilizing social order "linking responsibility with reality"; emulation in implementing the policies of the Party and State with the spirit of "innovative actions, aspirations to rise up"; emulation to increase the effectiveness of administrative reform to meet the "service administration"...

According to Mr. Tran Vu Huu Duy, in recent times, environmental pollution, household waste, roadside disorder and dengue fever are issues of concern in the locality. Therefore, in order for the emulation campaign to be effective and practical, the commune has determined that the immediate task is to clean up, protect the environment and protect people's health.

Also at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of Vinh Loc Commune People's Council Huynh Cao Cuong shared: "In the immediate future, Vinh Loc Commune will propagate and mobilize people not to litter indiscriminately and encroach on sidewalks for trading. After a period of mobilization, the Commune will resolutely handle cases of dumping garbage in the wrong places. The Commune will strengthen supervision by installing more cameras to monitor and handle violations in the field of environment and encroachment on sidewalks. At the same time, assign specific tasks to cadres and hamlet chiefs to monitor places where pollution often occurs to promptly prevent the situation of dumping garbage in the wrong places."

At the launching ceremony, the People's Committee of Vinh Loc commune planted trees, cleaned up residential areas, installed warning signs of land and construction violations...
