In the play-off round, UEFA divided the matches into 3 groups. According to the draw results, in group A: Poland meets Estonia; the remaining pair is Wales meets Finland. Group B: Israel meets Iceland; Bosnia & Herzegovina meets Ukraine. Group C: Georgia meets Luxembourg; and Greece meets Kazakhstan.

Also according to the draw results, the teams that come first will play at home, with a knockout format, a draw after 90 minutes will go to extra time, if the draw continues, a penalty shootout will be held to determine the winning team.
In bracket A, the winner of Wales vs Finland will play at home in the final for a place in EURO 2024 against the winner of Poland vs Estonia. In bracket B, the winner of Bosnia & Herzegovina vs Ukraine will play at home in the final against the winner of Israel vs Iceland. In bracket C, the winner of Georgia vs Luxembourg will play at home in the final against Greece vs Kazakhstan.
The EURO 2024 play-off matches will take place on 21 March 2024 and the final matches of the three groups will take place on 26 March 2024.

On December 2 in Hamburg (Germany), UEFA will conduct the draw for the EURO 2024 finals, with 24 participating teams, including 3 play-off spots waiting to be determined.
