On February 21, a clip went viral on social media, recording a traffic police officer snatching a wallet and restraining people on the street.

Through investigation, the incident occurred at 8:50 p.m. on January 20 at Lien Ap 123 Street, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the clip, a man in a red shirt came to talk to a traffic police officer who was stopped on the side of the road. Here, the man held out his wallet in front of the traffic police officer. At this time, the traffic police officer grabbed the wallet and restrained the man.

At that time, some people around intervened, and the male traffic police officer immediately brought the man to the side of the road.
