On the afternoon of October 1, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the Politburo's decision to let Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, cease participating in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung emphasized that the appointment aims to strengthen and supplement the leadership staff of the Central Organizing Committee in the context that the Party's strategic advisory agencies are focusing on tasks for the upcoming Central Conference and towards the 14th National Party Congress.
This work also creates a source of staff for the Board in the short and long term.
The Head of the Central Organizing Committee said that the Politburo had reached a high consensus on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van. Mr. Le Minh Hung emphasized that Ms. Van is a cadre with basic training, matured from the grassroots, and attached to Quang Ngai province.
The new Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee is assessed by the Politburo as a capable cadre, experienced in Party building work, with scientific thinking and working methods, and prestigious in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee...
During her work, Ms. Van has always been evaluated as having completed her assigned tasks well, being the nucleus, center of solidarity, making important contributions to the achievements and results of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.
According to the Head of the Central Organizing Committee, the appointment is not only an assessment, recognition and trust of the Politburo for Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van personally, but also has the meaning of increasing the participation of female leaders, holding key leadership positions in strategic advisory bodies of the Party and the Central Committee.
In the coming time, with a large workload and high requirements, the Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized that appointing a capable and experienced cadre in Party building work will make an important contribution to completing the Committee's tasks.
He believes that the new Deputy Head of the Board will promote experience and capacity from the grassroots, unite with the collective, and lead the Board to successfully complete assigned tasks.
In her acceptance speech, the new Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Bui Thi Quynh Van, shared that this is both an honor and a great responsibility.
Faced with the increasingly high requirements and tasks of Party building and building a clean and strong political system, Ms. Van hopes to continue to receive the attention and support of the Central Organizing Committee's leaders, and the help, coordination and sharing of the Committee's collective to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van was born in 1974, from Quang Ngai province, has a Master's degree in Literary Theory. She is a member of the Central Committee of the 12th (alternate) and 13th terms.
Ms. Van has held the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee since August 2020, when she was assigned to a new position by the Politburo.
