On the afternoon of September 28, a clip went viral on social media, recording the scene of many people fighting to get apartment purchase vouchers for a commercial project in Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The clip shows two women jumping on the table to grab the apartment reservation form. After the clip went viral on social media, many people said that this was a “performance” by brokers to “attract views” to sell the apartment.

Regarding the above incident, on September 29, SGGP reporters contacted the representative of the investor, Capital Land Company, to find out the truth. The investor said that this was a special launching event of the Orchard Grand project (located in Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City) of the company, held at a building on Mai Chi Tho street, An Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted more than 950 attendees.

According to the investor, the above clip recorded the moment at the end of the event. Immediately, the company's staff was deployed to control, support and stabilize the situation. The investor is reviewing the event organization procedures to prevent and control similar situations that may occur in the future.

Currently, the authorities of An Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City are verifying and clarifying the incident.
