The association levels are proactive, creative, constantly innovating the content and methods of operation, increasing the application of information technology in propaganda work, implementing tasks, organizing activities that strongly target the grassroots, suitable to the actual conditions of the locality to mobilize, gather and attract members.

The emulation movement "Building Vietnamese Women of the New Era" associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has been widely deployed, contributing to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among female cadres and members.

The association levels focused on effectively implementing the campaigns "Building families of 5 no's, 3 clean's", "5 yes's, 3 clean's" associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas with 348 projects, tasks, many new models, good and creative ways of doing things.

Activities to support women are increasingly going into depth, with practical effectiveness, meeting the needs and legitimate aspirations of women. Focusing on supporting women and children in difficult circumstances, women and children of ethnic minorities, and border highland areas. Typical examples are the "Godmother" Program; "Accompanying women in border areas", building a warm home... The implementation of Project 8 initially brought positive results, contributing to raising awareness in the community and society about gender equality.

Unions at all levels are proactive in monitoring work, making written recommendations on problems discovered during the monitoring process, thereby contributing to better performing the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women.

After more than 2 years of implementing two breakthroughs of the Central Association on "Focusing on building a strong Association base" and "Innovating the Association's operation methods, focusing on applying information technology", the Associations at all levels have actively implemented and achieved many important results, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Up to this point, out of the total 21 criteria set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Women's Congress for the 2021 - 2026 term, 7 criteria exceeded the plan; 7 criteria reached 100%; 6 criteria reached over 50%; 1 criterion has not been met.

The conference also frankly assessed a number of shortcomings and difficulties in implementing the tasks of the association at all levels, such as: the advisory work and proposals to the Party Committee and the government of some association bases sometimes lacked initiative; creating sources for developing female Party members as well as creating sources for developing the next generation of branch leaders encountered many difficulties; the application of information technology and digital transformation encountered difficulties due to lack of equipment and unsynchronized infrastructure, etc.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Xuan Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the association's work over the past half term in implementing the congress resolutions of women's associations at all levels in the province.

He suggested that in the coming time, women's unions at all levels should closely follow the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the government, and the superior unions, and concretize their tasks in performing their tasks. Effectively and substantially implement the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's"; 2 breakthroughs; 8 main targets; 3 key tasks set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Women's Congress.

Along with that, well organize patriotic emulation movements, campaigns launched by the Central Association and the province with specific, practical goals. Well manage credit capital sources entrusted by banks and the "Women Support and Development" Fund. Constantly innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots and residential areas; pay attention to ethnic minority women in difficult circumstances, women in remote areas, border areas, and areas with especially difficult economic conditions.

Take care to build clean and strong women's unions at all levels in terms of politics, ideology and organization so that the unions at all levels can truly be the core force in mobilizing women of all classes in the new period.
