On the morning of June 28, on the occasion of Vietnamese Family Day, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union coordinated with units to organize a press conference on the program "Building happy young families" and the Happy Young Family Festival in 2024.

This is a practical activity to implement the movement "I love my Fatherland" of the Vietnam Youth Union, to implement the program of work of the Union and youth movement in 2024 and towards the 68th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Youth Union (October 15, 1956 - October 15, 2024), to welcome the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union and to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of Vietnam Family Day (June 28, 2001 - June 28, 2024).

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hieu - Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union - said that with the theme "Together we are home", the program hopes to spread the good values ​​of love, marriage and family.

"Happiness is not a destination, but a journey we must create throughout our lives. And home, where love is nurtured, is where joys and sorrows are shared with each family member" - Mr. Hieu said.

This year, the campaign will promote happy family communication activities for young people on social networks, from June to October, with the participation of famous young families who are influential among young people.

Especially in October, the Happy Young Family Festival 2024 will take place, a place to connect young families, spreading the good values ​​of love and family happiness.

According to the plan, in 2024, a series of activities of the Happy Young Family 2024 program will take place, including the communication campaign "Building happy young families" and the Happy Young Family festival on social networks with communication products.

Along with that is an educational talk show on "Maintaining family happiness" focusing on the following contents: Preparing for marriage, skills to keep a young family happy and proposing some solutions to build a happy family.

To become official delegates of the 2024 Happy Young Family Festival, young families must have a marriage certificate in accordance with the Law on Marriage and Family, be under 35 years old (born from 1989 onwards), be exemplary in implementing the policies of the Party and State, and actively participate in social work.

The organizers highly appreciate young families who make efforts to overcome difficult circumstances to build a prosperous, happy, progressive life, and fulfill the role of caring for, protecting, and educating their children. They have prestige in the community and are recognized by the government and people (have a certificate of cultural family recognition issued by the People's Committee of the commune, ward, or town).
