Unbelievable score appeared in the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament

Hai Phong Trade Union team beat Vietnam Education Trade Union 11-0 in the qualifying match of the Northern region which took place on the afternoon of October 3 at the Polytechnic University stadium.

In the second match of Group A, the Northern region qualifying round of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament, the Hai Phong Trade Union team crushed the Vietnam Education Trade Union with 11 goals to nil. This is a rare score in the workers' football tournaments held so far.

In this match, 9 different players of Hai Phong scored, including Nguyen Hoang Anh with a hat-trick. This is also the first hat-trick of the Northern qualifying round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025.

In the previous matches of this qualifying round, the biggest win was only 5-0 or 5-1. In the opening match of the first round, the Vietnam Education Trade Union also only lost 1-2 to Ninh Binh .

The heavy loss of the Vietnam Education Trade Union to Hai Phong is very rare, reflecting the huge gap in the level of representatives of the education sector. We also need to sympathize with the teachers when they have to compete at 2:30 pm in the 35 degree Celsius heat of the capital Hanoi.

In the final match of Group A of the Northern region qualifying round taking place at 7:30 a.m. on October 4, Vietnam Education Trade Union will meet Bac Ninh Trade Union 1, a team with only 3 points after 2 rounds.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation. This is the third consecutive year the tournament has taken place.
