Le Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Ben Luc commune, Tay Ninh province) always cares about the working environment of employees. The company and the Trade Union have many activities to listen to the opinions of employees, from which timely solutions are found.
Every day, employees attend the first shift meeting to share the advantages and difficulties in their work or give opinions and recommendations related to work, working environment, shift meal quality, etc. Accordingly, every week, the company meets to receive opinions, recommendations, thoughts and aspirations of employees.
In addition, the company and the Trade Union also proactively take care of and build a favorable, safe and friendly working environment for employees. The company arranges a place for employees to rest at noon; builds green, clean and beautiful landscapes, park landscapes;... to help employees relax and rest after work.

Le Thi Trang Kim Dung said: “The company established the 5S Team (abbreviation for screening, arranging, cleaning, caring, and readiness). This is a method of managing and arranging the workplace, building an environment where neatness, cleanliness, and science are put first, through activities such as keeping machinery and equipment clean, arranging everything in an orderly manner, etc. Members of the Trade Union Executive Committee are members of the 5S Team and participate in weekly inspection activities to promptly handle limitations and shortcomings, contributing to helping employees have a comfortable and safe workplace.”
Building a favorable and safe working environment not only demonstrates the responsibility of the enterprise and the Trade Union towards the employees but also serves as a foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise. When employees work in good conditions, they will feel secure in their dedication and commitment, contributing to improving productivity and product quality./.
