Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan acknowledged the school's sense of responsibility in the past time, and emphasized the need for the school to closely follow long-term training goals, in line with the development potential of the new Da Nang .
The Vice President suggested that the school comprehensively evaluate the current advantages and disadvantages to clearly define the training framework for each field, policies to attract human resources, students, infrastructure, as well as cooperation and association activities, thereby building a clear orientation guide.
At the same time, the school needs to determine specific goals for each stage, based on existing advantages and disadvantages, ensuring consistency with the city's general development orientation.
From the set goals, the school needs to concretize them with a comprehensive and detailed plan, focusing on training types; training objects; groups of resolutions, policies, specific people; training methods; and post-training output.
At the same time, expand training codes associated with training locations; reasonably assign managers, lecturers, teachers, specialized classroom facilities, and a roadmap for improving human resource training.
Ensure training linkage with the motto that training must be linked to employment, finding the job market, thereby committing to output for students; ensure healthy competition, develop and build the school's brand.

At the same time, it is necessary to ensure reasonable spending; meet professional work requirements; care about the lives of staff and lecturers. Based on technical and economic standards, the school calculates and builds service prices, provides financial support for the school to build technical standards suitable to actual conditions; reports specifically on public investment resources, unfinished items to be implemented...
The school proactively builds programs and textbooks for key occupations, with the participation of the Department of Education and Training, relevant departments, branches and sectors, and consultation from the Department of Vocational Education.
According to the report of Danang College, the school currently has 4 campuses, with an annual training scale of over 4,000 full-time students at college, intermediate and elementary levels. The whole school has 222 staff, teachers and employees; the apparatus includes: Board of Directors, 3 professional departments, 2 centers and 10 professional departments.
The school enrolls and trains diversely with 37 professions at college, intermediate and primary levels; the enrollment rate always meets and exceeds the plan; the rate of students having jobs after graduation is increasing (over 96.6% have jobs after graduation and in the right profession).
The school cooperates with more than 150 businesses in Da Nang, the central region, domestically and internationally, ensuring that the training program is closely linked to business requirements.
