Overturned container truck blocking bridge on National Highway 12A

According to information from the People's Committee of Dan Hoa commune, Quang Tri province, at about 12:10 on July 12, 2025, at Km 113+765 of National Highway 12A in La Trong village, Dan Hoa commune, a traffic accident occurred, causing traffic congestion on this route.

Accordingly, at the above time, the container truck with license plate 34C-09802, driven by Vu Van Bay, born in 1976, residing in Hai Duong province, was traveling from Cha Lo International Border Gate to Khe Ve intersection, when reaching La Trong 2 bridge, it lost control and caused an accident.

At the scene, the truck's body was overturned, blocking the road, the cabin was leaning against the bridge railing. Traffic on this route was jammed.

As a result, the container truck was severely damaged, however, the driver was fortunately uninjured. After the accident, authorities were present to protect the scene, regulate traffic and handle the incident.
