DNA test, husband discovers shocking secret his wife has kept for a decade

Mr. Nguyen Van Ha (40 years old, Hanoi ) came to the DNA testing center with Min - his 10-year-old son and his biological father (Min's grandfather) to test the blood relationship between him and his son.

Ha's father suspected that his daughter-in-law had an affair with another man and gave birth to Min. Over the years, Ha had explained many times, but his father still did not believe him. Every time he heard outsiders gossiping, he became more upset and wanted to clear things up. Back home, Mr. Ha spoke frankly with his wife. She still denied it. After a night of thinking, knowing she could not avoid the truth, the woman admitted her guilt.

Before coming to Mr. Ha, she had given her virginity to her college sweetheart. They dated for a while, but her family opposed it. While she was in pain from breaking up with her first love, she met Mr. Ha. He forgave his girlfriend’s past, and the two quickly got married happily.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Director of the Center for DNA Analysis and Genetic Technology (Hanoi) explained that DNA paternity testing is the most accurate testing method today. If the child's and father's DNA samples match in each gene, the accuracy of the blood relationship is 99.99999%. Conversely, if the two DNA samples do not match in 2 or more genes, the possibility of the man being the child's father is 0%.

Every year, there are hundreds of cases of customers like Mr. Ha who take their children for DNA testing. Customers do the testing for many different purposes such as applying for overseas travel, handling divorce procedures, and finding relatives.

In addition, there are many cases of families or couples coming to the center to decode doubts about their love affairs. DNA testing with a set of 16 genes has high accuracy. If you want to test DNA, you only need 10 hairs with roots, or fingernails or blood samples.
