The dream of a decent house has come true for Mr. La Van Luan's family in Zone 6, Bang Doan Commune, Doan Hung District, as this Spring he no longer has to live in a makeshift, cramped, dilapidated house. His family's "people's movement house" has an area of ​​70 square meters with a cost of 175 million VND, of which 70 million VND comes from the district's "People's Movement House" Fund, and organizations and individuals in the commune have supported an additional 45 million VND. The house, with a full kitchen, yard, and auxiliary works, will help Mr. Luan's family ease their difficulties, stabilize their lives, escape poverty, and welcome a new Spring in warmth and togetherness...

To have "Houses for the People", Doan Hung District Party Committee has established the Executive Board of the Fund to support the construction of "Houses for the People". Accordingly, the District Party Committee's Committee for the People has promoted propaganda about the purpose and meaning of "Houses for the People" in many forms, attracting a large number of people, organizations and individuals inside and outside the district to participate in supporting. In addition to the supported funding, during the process of building houses, poor households also receive support from the community, clans, local mass organizations, and benefactors in terms of labor days, construction materials, equipment, household items, etc.

Discussing the "House for Mass Mobilization" construction program, Deputy Head of the People's Mobilization Committee of Doan Hung District Party Committee Nguyen Thi Van Anh said: In the first year, 2 "Houses for Mass Mobilization" for poor Catholics were completed with the joint efforts of the whole community. It is expected that in 2025, there will be more "Houses for Mass Mobilization" for ethnic minorities in difficult circumstances in the district. This is the first year of implementing this meaningful program, but there have been many good signs, receiving positive support from Party committees, authorities and the community.

Not only in Doan Hung district, in the annual government mass mobilization program, in Tam Nong district, many "Government Mass Mobilization Houses" have been rushed to complete to send love to poor households before the New Year. The family of Mrs. Pham Thi Ly, Zone 5, Te Le Xuan commune no longer has to worry about rain leaks and leaning pillars when her family has a new house. The house has an area of ​​120m2, during the construction process, not only was it supported with cash, but political and social organizations in the commune mobilized union members, members and relatives, neighbors to help with labor, tiles, leveling soil, construction sand... with a total amount of nearly 200 million VND.

Mrs. Ly emotionally shared: “Our ancestors have a saying that only when we have a stable home can we have a successful career. Without the support of all levels, sectors, philanthropists and people in the commune, I don’t know when I would be able to build a solid and spacious house like this. From now on, my family can rest assured to work and produce, strive to do business and escape poverty.”

The first "civilian mobilization house" of Doan Hung district helped Mr. La Van Luan's family, zone 6, Bang Doan commune, welcome Spring in a new, solid house.

During the year, thanks to the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the contributions and support of businesses and philanthropists inside and outside the province, many "Great Unity" houses; "People's mobilization houses", "Government People's mobilization houses" were built and handed over to poor households. In addition, unions and socio-political organizations also mobilized and supported the construction and repair of houses for members, helping them feel secure in their work, production, and escape poverty through supporting the construction of "Love houses", "Border houses", "Humane houses, gratitude houses, red scarf houses", "Union houses", "Comradely affection"... These are practical, humane and meaningful activities to help poor households stabilize their lives, have a place to "settle down", and create motivation to rise up in life.
