According to the announcement of the benchmark scores of universities, up to now, there have been 6 majors with benchmark scores of 30/30 points. With this benchmark score, if the candidate does not have priority bonus points, the candidate will have to achieve absolute scores in all three subjects to have a chance of being admitted.
In these 6 majors, there are two majors belonging to the military school group and 4 majors belonging to the pedagogical group.
Two military majors with a benchmark score of 30 points are both applicable to female candidates, including Medicine of the Military Medical Academy and International Relations of the Academy of Military Science.

Specifically, for English Pedagogy, candidates must achieve an English score of 9.5 or higher, and a Literature score of 8.5 or higher. For Chinese Pedagogy, candidates must have a perfect score of 10 in Foreign Language.
This year, the History-Geography Pedagogy Department of the University of Education (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) also had a benchmark score that nearly “touched the ceiling” with 29.84 points. This is a record benchmark score for this school.
