To organize activities to celebrate the 64th anniversary of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Force's tradition day (October 4, 1961 - October 4, 2025) and the 24th anniversary of the National Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Day (October 4, 2001 - October 4, 2025) in accordance with the situation and characteristics of the province, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, provincial socio -political organizations, heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to carry out a number of key tasks.

In particular, strengthening the propaganda and dissemination of laws and knowledge on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue, especially the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue and Rescue and Decrees and Circulars guiding the implementation of the Law;... in many forms, clearly stating the existing situations and shortcomings, leading to high risks of fire and explosion. Especially the situation of fire and explosion is becoming complicated in residential areas, households, houses for living combined with production, business, apartments, high-density rental service businesses, karaoke service businesses, bars, dance clubs,...

Practice using a fire extinguisher to put out a fire

Launch the movement of All people participating in fire prevention and fighting; organize exciting and practical activities suitable to the actual situation to respond to the National Fire Prevention and Fighting Day; replicate the models of "Inter-family fire prevention and fighting safety groups", "Public fire fighting points" for residential areas in the province; organize the signing of commitments to ensure fire prevention, fighting, rescue and relief safety at establishments with high risk of fire, houses combined with business, accommodation establishments, karaoke service establishments, bars, and dance clubs.

Continue to strengthen, maintain, build and improve the operational efficiency of the grassroots and specialized fire prevention and fighting forces, effectively implement the "4 on-site" motto; proactively develop fire fighting and rescue plans, respond promptly to incidents that arise from the beginning to minimize the possibility of fire spreading, large fires, incidents and accidents.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the hanging of banners and slogans on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and "National Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue Day - October 4" on some main roads and crowded places in the province.

The Department of Education and Training directed relevant units and educational institutions in the province to immediately organize teaching of fire prevention, fire fighting and escape skills for students.

In addition, instruct educational institutions to proactively coordinate with the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue and Emergency Police force to organize propaganda and training on knowledge and skills on fire fighting and rescue for all teachers, staff, workers and students; in particular, integrate propaganda and guidance on escape skills when fires and explosions occur, how to use fire extinguishers to handle fires as soon as they arise during flag-raising ceremonies at the beginning of the week, extracurricular activities, etc.

The Provincial Police Department directed the Police of its subordinate units and the Police of communes and wards to proactively advise local Party committees and authorities at the same level to organize and deploy activities in response to "National Day for Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue and Relief - October 4".

Strengthening inspection of fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief; in which, strengthening inspection of fire prevention and fire fighting for apartment buildings, multi-storey houses, rental facilities, facilities with high risk of fire and explosion in the province; resolutely and strictly handling cases of non-compliance or intentional violation of laws on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief, etc.

People's Committees of communes and wards shall strengthen inspections of fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief for multi-storey houses, multi-apartment houses, individual houses combined with production, business, scrap purchasing facilities, facilities with high risk of fire and explosion and facilities under management; resolutely and strictly handle organizations and individuals violating the law on fire prevention and fire fighting and consider the responsibility of heads of relevant agencies and organizations.
