Yen Mo Preliminary summary of the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization for the period 2021-2023

On the morning of August 29, the Steering Committee of the Emulation Movement for Skillful Mass Mobilization in Yen Mo district held a conference to review the movement and commend models and typical examples of Skillful Mass Mobilization in the period 2021-2023.

In the period of 2021-2023, the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization in Yen Mo district was seriously and extensively implemented, continuing to achieve many important results, receiving the consensus and active participation of all classes of people in the district.

From 2021 to present, the whole district has registered to build 156 skillful mass mobilization models in the fields of economy, culture - society, security - defense, and political system building.

Some typical models include: Mobilizing people to install greenhouses and water-saving irrigation systems to produce crops with high economic value; model of mobilizing religious people and people to practice civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district; model of mobilizing people to classify and treat waste of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Women's Union and Farmers' Association of the district, Khanh Thinh commune, Khanh Thuong commune; model of mobilizing people to install security cameras of the District Police, District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and People's Committees of communes and towns...

The emulation movement has created a clear change in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces regarding mass mobilization work and the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization in the new situation; thereby raising the sense of responsibility, close-to-the-people, and people-serving style of cadres, civil servants, and public employees in performing public duties.

Through the movement, many resources have been mobilized, gathered, and mobilized people from all walks of life to actively participate in economic, cultural and social development, ensuring national defense and security, and building a strong political system at all levels. In particular, the implementation of the two National Target Programs on new rural construction and sustainable poverty reduction has significantly changed the face of the countryside, improved the material and spiritual life of the people, and contributed to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the localities and the district.

The Steering Committee of the Emulation Movement of Smart People Mobilization in Yen Mo district also pointed out the limitation that some models have been registered for construction but their activities are not clear and their effectiveness is low. In the coming time, the district will closely follow the documents and instructions of the Central and the province on mass mobilization work; direct localities, the Fatherland Front , and socio-political organizations to continue promoting the Emulation Movement of Smart People Mobilization, building models and typical examples to ensure practicality and effectiveness.

On this occasion, the Steering Committee of the Emulation Movement for Skillful Mass Mobilization in Yen Mo district commended 67 models and typical examples of Skillful Mass Mobilization at the district level for the period 2021-2023. At the same time, 12 collectives and 12 individuals of the district were commended by the Chairman of the District People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the Emulation Movement for Skillful Mass Mobilization in the period 2021-2023.
