Coming of Age Ceremony of 21 Students of Hope School in 2025 |
The 21 students who attended the coming of age ceremony were all students who had completed three years of high school at Hy Vong School. Three years was not only a time of study, but also a journey where they were cared for, loved, accompanied and oriented towards their future in a compassionate environment.
The years of high school not only help students have a solid knowledge foundation, but also provide conditions for cultivating life skills, life values and positive emotions - things that not every child is lucky enough to have after the incident. And now, when officially entering adulthood, they carry with them not only knowledge, but also warm memories of the place that has sheltered and nurtured them throughout their adulthood.
Recalling the first days of coming to Hy Vong School, many students still carry in their hearts the feeling of loss and disappointment. But in the arms of teachers, friends and the warm and loving school, they gradually regained their faith, found laughter again and grew up day by day. The ceremony was an opportunity for them to look back on the past three years - the days of laughter in the dormitory, the hours of tireless study, and the moments of sharing and comforting each other to overcome difficulties.

One of the most touching stories is the journey of brothers LHN and LGN. Losing both parents in a short time, father due to stroke, mother due to pandemic, HN gave up studying and was uncertain about the future ahead. But then, the persistent persuasion of teachers for many months brought the two brothers back to the house of Hope. At the coming of age ceremony, both of them happily walked up to the podium to receive their diplomas, carrying proud eyes and bright smiles.
As for PHM, the girl who had insisted on returning home, who had felt lonely and lost when she first entered the school, now choked up when she was about to leave that beloved school. The warm lessons with teachers, the happy moments of studying and playing with friends have become unforgettable memories for her. Mai shared that teachers, friends and love have helped her to be strong enough to overcome the most difficult time of her life.

Trường Hy Vọng đã mở ra như một mái nhà đặc biệt – chở che và nuôi dưỡng những mầm non cần thêm yêu thương. Đây là một trong chuỗi những hành động tiên phong, bền bỉ của Tập đoàn TH và Quỹ Vì Tầm Vóc Việt nhằm thực hiện các chương trình dinh dưỡng học đường và sức khỏe học đường nhiều năm qua - vì tầm vóc thế hệ trẻ Việt Nam, cũng như hỗ trợ các gia đình thiệt hại do Covid-19.

Gửi lời chia sẻ yêu thương tới 21 học sinh trong lễ trưởng thành, bà Trần Hồng Điệp – Giám đốc Quỹ Vì Tầm Vóc Việt, đại diện các đơn vị cho biết: “Nhìn thấy các con trưởng thành ngày hôm nay, cô thực sự xúc động và tự hào. Ba năm qua, dù không ở bên các con mỗi ngày, nhưng cô và các cô chú trong Quỹ và Tập đoàn TH luôn dõi theo những bước lớn lên của các con. Chúc các con vững bước trên hành trình phía trước và hãy luôn nhớ rằng, ở bất kỳ đâu, bất kỳ nơi nào luôn có người tin tưởng và yêu thương các con!” .
