Patient Ly Van H, (34 years old, in Quang Hoa, Cao Bang ) had a traffic accident due to falling at 9:00 p.m. on April 30, after a party with friends. His sunken eyes filled with worry, the patient's brother shared: Receiving news from passersby who saw the accident, when the family arrived, H was lying motionless, so they rushed to Quang Hoa District Hospital for first aid. The doctor diagnosed H with a cervical spine injury, with a serious prognosis, so H was quickly transferred to the provincial hospital and then to Viet Duc Friendship Hospital on the morning of May 1.
