6 months, mobilized more than 8 billion VND to build "Fund for the poor"

That was the information given at the conference on the emulation cluster in the first 6 months of 2024, organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam province in Dai Loc recently, chaired by comrade Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Accordingly, in the first 6 months of the year, districts, towns and cities in the emulation cluster have coordinated and promoted propaganda and mobilized people of all walks of life to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and celebrate important political events of the country and homeland with many forms and rich content.

Coordination between the Front, member organizations and sectors has been strengthened. The position and role of the Fatherland Front has been increasingly enhanced, consolidating the people's trust in the Party and the State. Thereby, it has contributed to the socio -economic development of localities in the cluster.

Notably, responding to the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" nationwide in the period of 2024 - 2025, localities in the emulation cluster organized a launching ceremony to raise funds, calling on agencies, units and people of all walks of life with an amount of over 3 billion VND. Supported the renovation and repair of 49 solidarity houses with a total value of over 2.5 billion VND...

Up to now, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the emulation cluster has consolidated 760 grassroots mediation teams with 3,962 mediators. The mediation teams have accepted and successfully mediated 246/308 cases, reaching a rate of 79.87%...
