When receiving the exam, candidates need to check the information carefully. If the exam is torn or the print is blurred, they should immediately notify the supervisor to avoid misunderstanding the questions and failing the exam.
The 2023 high school graduation exam will take place on June 28-29 with more than one million candidates, of which more than 917,700 will use the exam results to both graduate and apply for university admission . On the afternoon of June 27, candidates must be present at the exam location according to the information on the exam notice to complete procedures and listen to the regulations.
To prepare well for the exams, during the test, candidates need to note the following regulations:
Before taking the test, candidates must fully write their registration number and information on the test paper, answer sheet, and scratch paper.
When receiving the exam papers, candidates need to carefully check the number of pages and the quality of the printed pages. If they discover that the exam papers are missing pages or are torn, damaged, smudged, or faded, they must immediately notify the exam supervisor, no later than 5 minutes from the time the exam papers are distributed, so that they can be reviewed and changed to avoid any disadvantage.
During the test, candidates are not allowed to discuss, copy other people's work, use unauthorized materials, or make any fraudulent gestures or actions that disrupt the order of the test room. If candidates want to express their opinions, they must raise their hands and only stand up to speak publicly after receiving permission.
For the Natural Sciences and Social Sciences combined exam, the component subjects have the same exam code. Candidates need to check immediately upon receiving the exam. If the component subjects do not have the same exam code, they must immediately notify the exam room supervisor. Candidates take the component subjects on the same multiple-choice answer sheet. The exam supervisor will collect the multiple-choice answer sheet only after the time for the last component subject has expired.
Immediately after the first component test ends, candidates must stop taking the test, and the invigilator collects the test papers and scratch paper from the candidates. The invigilator then distributes the next component test papers and new scratch paper according to the exam schedule. The following component tests proceed similarly.
Candidates may only leave the examination room after the invigilator has checked all the votes in the room and given permission to leave. In case of any unusual incident, candidates must strictly follow the instructions of the invigilator and those in charge at the examination site.
Candidates are only allowed to use the Atlas of Geography during the Geography exam. Before entering the exam room, candidates must clearly write their full name and registration number on the cover page of the Atlas and submit it to the invigilator for inspection. The invigilator will return the Atlas to the candidate at the beginning of the Geography exam and collect it immediately after the end of the exam.
For multiple choice answer sheets, candidates are only allowed to fill in the registration number, test code and answer boxes with black pencil. In case of filling in the wrong box or changing the answer, candidates must erase the pencil in the old box, then fill in the box of their choice.
Candidates need to fill in the blank fields above the multiple choice answer sheet accurately and completely. For the registration number, the number part must be filled in completely (including the zeros in front), and the exam code must be filled in correctly on the two exam receipts.
The signal is empty. In each exam session, candidates must be present in the exam room on time, follow the instructions of the exam committee and the instructions of the exam supervisor. If they arrive more than 15 minutes late after the signal to start the exam, they will not be allowed to take the exam that session.
When the test time is over, you must stop working immediately, keep your test paper intact, and not let others take advantage of it. If someone else intentionally interferes with your test, you must immediately report it to the invigilator.
Note, the test bell does not sound when there are 15 minutes left for each subject, but only when there are 15 minutes left for the last subject. During the multiple choice test of the remaining subjects, students are not allowed to leave the exam room.
