An Loc Plaza will be a new symbol of commercial services in the North of Dong Nai province.

On the afternoon of September 17, Hai Vuong Production - Construction - Trade and Agriculture Joint Stock Company (Sikico Group) and Central Retail signed a strategic cooperation agreement and held a groundbreaking ceremony to upgrade An Loc Plaza Commercial Center.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Ton Ngoc Hanh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Nai province; Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province and representatives of leaders of departments, branches and localities in the province.

Also attending the ceremony were former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the former Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tan Hung; former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of the former Binh Phuoc Province Tran Tue Hien.

Located in Binh Long ward, An Loc Plaza is designed as a model commercial center with a total scale of more than 17 hectares, exploiting a commercial floor area of over 26,000 m². Phase 1 of the project is expected to be completed on April 30, 2026, with the expectation of becoming a new commercial and service symbol of Dong Nai province.

Congratulating the cooperation between Sikico Group and Central Retail, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province Vo Tan Duc affirmed that this is a testament to the dynamism and attractiveness of the investment environment of the province. Emphasizing that An Loc Plaza is one of the strategic projects, in line with the socio-economic development orientation of the province, comrade Vo Tan Duc expected that after completion, the project will not only create more jobs for people, but also contribute to promoting growth, gradually shaping the dynamic urban appearance of the northern region of Dong Nai province.

At the ceremony, delegates witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Sikico Group and Central Retail. According to the agreement, Central Retail will put GO! supermarket into operation at An Loc Plaza, bringing a modern shopping model, facilitating the shopping needs of people in Dong Nai province.
