Massive and unreasonable planning has left many urban and residential projects in Binh Duong deserted, while local residents have difficulty accessing housing because prices have increased.

Golden Center City Urban Area Project is located right on the front of National Highway 13, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province.

The project has a scale of nearly 14 hectares, invested by Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (under Kim Oanh Group).

The project aims to build a new, modern urban residential area to serve the needs of people in My Phuoc ward and neighboring areas.

Not far away is the Mega City Commercial Urban Area project. According to the plan, this is a high-class urban area with complete facilities and design.
