NDO - On the morning of August 21, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary and President To Lam, Head of the Subcommittee, chaired the meeting of the 14th Party Congress Personnel Subcommittee. Attending the meeting were Politburo members: Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly; Luong Cuong, Standing member of the Secretariat, along with Politburo members, Secretariat members and Subcommittee members.
