On December 1, Huong Hoa District Police ( Quang Tri ) issued a decision to administratively handle two teachers working at Xy Primary and Secondary School (Xy Commune, Huong Hoa District).

Previously, on the evening of September 7, a number of teachers organized a drinking party at the dormitory of Xy Primary and Secondary School. Here, two teachers of the school, Mr. NVD (40 years old, residing in Tan Long commune) and Mr. NVQ (39 years old, residing in Lia commune, both in Huong Hoa district) had a conflict and fought.

After receiving the crime report, Huong Hoa District Police investigated and conducted a health examination of Mr. Q., determining a 2% injury rate.

Mr. NVD was administratively fined 6.5 million VND by Huong Hoa District Police for causing injury to another person but not to the extent of criminal prosecution, according to Point a, Clause 5, Article 7, Decree 144 of 2021 of the Government .

Meanwhile, Mr. NVQ was also administratively fined VND 6.5 million for harming the health of others, according to Point a, Clause 5, Article 7, Decree 144 of 2021 of the Government.
