Bac Ninh organized the groundbreaking ceremony of 3 projects to welcome the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

BAC NINH - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 76/KH-UBND to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of projects to welcome the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

According to the Plan, on September 25, 2025, the Trade Union Social Housing project in Bac Giang of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will start construction. The project has a total area of ​​about ^19,417m2 , with a total investment of 388 billion VND.

On September 27, 2025, 2 projects were started. Of which, Component Project No. 3, repairing and upgrading the Bac Hung Hai system phase 2, invested by Bac Ninh Province Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2, with a total investment of 537 billion VND.

Commercial Apartment Project on land lot coded CT3 belongs to the detailed planning of residential area next to Xuong Giang street of Dat Vuong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. The project includes a 25-storey building, 2 basements; construction area of ​​about ^2,950m2 , total floor area of ​​about ^74,713m2 , with a total investment of 1,057 billion VND.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate and preside over the implementation of the Trade Union Social Housing Project in Bac Giang and the Commercial Apartment Project on the land lot coded CT3 in the detailed planning of the Residential Area next to Xuong Giang Street.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is in charge of implementing the Project to Repair and Upgrade the Bac Hung Hai System Phase 2.
