Bac Ninh: Expanding the installation of smart freight forwarding machines

BAC NINH - The Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Document No. 3754/UBND-KTTH notifying the direction of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh on expanding the installation of smart goods delivery machines in Bac Ninh province.

Accordingly, in order to effectively implement, comply with regulations and expand installation in the whole province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with units supplying smart goods delivery machines, People's Committees of communes, wards, relevant Departments and branches (Department of Construction, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Finance, Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, Provincial Land Fund Development Center) to conduct: Survey of actual installation needs in areas with high population density, worker housing areas, student accommodation areas, concentrated administrative areas, commercial centers, industrial parks.

Develop a specific implementation plan, determine the location, scale, and number of Smart Box machines expected to be installed in the first phase; Instruct, urge, and support suppliers during the installation process, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety, urban aesthetics, and infrastructure suitability at the location.

The People's Committees of communes and wards proactively coordinate and create favorable conditions in terms of location, land, and technical infrastructure for units to install Smart Box machines in the area; promptly report difficulties and recommendations (if any) to the Department of Industry and Trade for synthesis.

The province's information and communication agencies ( Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio, Television, Provincial Electronic Information Portal) increase propaganda about the purpose and benefits of installing Smart Box machines so that people and businesses understand, support and use them.

The Department of Industry and Trade is the focal agency to advise, synthesize, report and propose to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the removal of difficulties in the implementation process.
