Lam Dong Industrial Park Management Board (Management Board) is implementing 47 administrative procedures in the fields of: investment in Vietnam, construction activities, labor and wages, foreign labor management, construction quality management, international trade and state management of industrial parks and economic zones.

100% of administrative procedures at the Management Board are implemented with online public services, online payment and use of public services in receiving and returning results. In addition, the Management Board has also implemented pilot models and administrative reform initiatives to improve people's satisfaction with the services of the Management Board.

For example, the “Paperless File” model, all procedures are digitized and submitted online, electronic forms (eForm) are connected to the national database to help automatically fill in information, limiting errors. Financial obligations can also be performed online. This is not only a step to shorten the process, but also a change in management thinking, reducing time and costs, creating convenience for citizens and organizations in performing administrative procedures to ensure speed, convenience and accuracy.

With the model of "Public digital administrative procedures", 100% of procedures under the authority of the Management Board are attached with QR codes for businesses to quickly look up on their phones. With just a few seconds of scanning the code, investors can immediately access the process, file components, and forms, instead of wasting time with thick paper listings. Information is updated promptly, publicly, and transparently. For businesses, this not only saves costs but also strengthens trust, because procedural transparency is always a key factor in investment decisions.
