According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the morning of September 25, storm Bualoi strengthened to level 12.

It is forecasted that around the night of September 26, storm Bualoi will enter the East Sea and become storm number 10 in 2025.

Previously, giving preliminary information about storm Bualoi, Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Director of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, said this was storm number 20 in the Northwest Pacific region.

According to forecasts from models and international forecasting centers, this storm is still quite scattered in terms of trajectory and intensity. When the storm is stronger and has better cloud organization, more stable, and more complete storm structure, the forecasts about this storm will be more reliable.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting will continue to monitor and update the storm's developments in the coming time to have updated forecasts.

In addition, according to current forecasts, the peak intensity of storm Bualoi is not as strong as storm Ragasa.

Forecasts for the development of this storm are still far away, however, it is not impossible that the storm's impact on Vietnam's mainland will be as great or even greater than that of storm Ragasa (storm number 9).
