Arrest of subjects illegally possessing drugs

DNO – On August 25, the City Border Guard Command announced that the unit had just arrested a subject for illegally storing drugs in Thanh Khe ward, Da Nang city.

Implementing the plan to combat drug crimes, at 2:00 p.m. on August 24 at Da Nang Station (No. 202 Hai Phong Street, Thanh Khe Ward, Da Nang City), the Department of Professional Affairs, Da Nang City Border Guard coordinated with Phu Loc Border Guard Station to detect Phan Tuan Phuc, residing in Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City, showing suspicious signs.

Through inspection, the authorities discovered and seized from Phuc the following items: 5 plastic bags containing drugs (about 100 grams), 13 syringes containing drug liquid, and 1 electronic scale. Phan Tuan Phuc confessed that the drugs seized above were bought by Phuc to resell for profit. The case is currently being investigated and handled by the unit according to regulations.
