ANTD.VN - HSC, a securities company requested by the tax authority to provide information related to the case of a business issuing 34,000 billion VND in invoices in 1 week, has spoken out.

Previously, through inspection, the Tax Department of Binh Thanh District (HCMC) discovered that Hubnest Bird's Nest Company Limited issued invoices with "huge" revenue, up to 34,000 billion VND in just 1 week. Of which, the bird's nest business invoice was only 40 million VND, the rest were invoices exported to the stock market.

Explaining to the tax authority, this enterprise said that in fact, there were derivative securities trading activities with code VN30. The company conducted transactions through Ho Chi Minh City Securities Company (HSC) using the order matching method.

The tax authority said it had sent a document requesting HSC Securities to provide information related to the above issue, but had not yet received a response from this enterprise.

HSC Securities said it has provided information to the tax authorities regarding the case of a business issuing invoices worth 34,000 billion in one week.

Meanwhile, HSC Securities said that the company has responded. This securities company said that on July 24, the company received Official Letter No. 6768 from the Binh Thanh District Tax Department requesting to provide information on the account of Hubnest Bird's Nest Company Limited (headquartered in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). Accordingly, HSC provided the requested information to the Tax Department on July 27.

According to HSC, customers who open trading accounts at the company in accordance with regulations will be provided with trading services as usual.

In the response, HSC also requested strict confidentiality of the information provided because it related to the company's customers. Since then, the company has not received any further requests from the authorities.

According to research, Hubnest Bird's Nest Company Limited is a new enterprise that was only established on October 11, 2022. The company has a registered address at 435R Pham Van Dong Street, Ward 11, Binh Thanh District (HCMC), the representative is Ms. Pham Thi Huong.

The business lines of this bird's nest company are food wholesale (not operating at headquarters); beverage wholesale; retail of food, food, beverages, cigarettes, tobacco; retail of food in specialized stores; retail of beverages in specialized stores.

It is worth mentioning that the charter capital of this enterprise is only 2.5 billion VND. The fact that an enterprise with limited charter capital issued invoices of up to 34,000 billion VND in just 1 week is raising many questions in public opinion.
