Currently, 80 mobile police officers of Mobile Battalion No. 4 in Lao Cai and 200 students from Lao Cai College have gone to the district to help people overcome natural disasters in the town.
The work of overcoming the consequences of flash floods in Lang Nu village is facing many obstacles, especially the roads leading to the scene have been severely damaged by the rain and floods. The area where the flash flood occurred is far from the center, traffic is cut off, and only this morning did we have a phone signal to communicate.
Authorities had to work all night to urgently search and rescue, and at the same time make efforts to clear the road and open rescue routes from Lao Cai city to Bao Yen district center, and from the district center to the landslide area to facilitate vehicles and forces to access and provide support.
