The program “Building a good military feeding unit and good military logistics management” has been implemented with quality from the agency to the grassroots unit, creating positive changes. Emulation activities in ensuring daily meals for soldiers have been promoted; the quantity of some main foods compared to the average annual basic quantity, such as meat, fresh fish, and green vegetables, all reached 103 to 113%.

The average result of military supply work reached 120% compared to the previous period; 100% of the agencies and units in the army met the standard of "Good military feeding unit, good military supply management". PTTĐ achieved practical results, contributing to improving and enhancing the quality of soldiers' lives; in which the price of products put into meals was always lower than the market price; the value of revenue from increased production and service activities with revenue reached an average of more than 1.5 million VND/person/year...

The PTTĐ has built a “5-good military medical unit” and improved the quality of health care for soldiers, which has been paid attention to and effectively implemented by Party committees and commanders at all levels. The annual rate of healthy soldiers is always over 99.2%, exceeding the annual target of the Ministry of National Defense by 0.7%. The average result of military medical work is 109% compared to the previous period.

The highlight of the "Safe, economical and effective management and use of petroleum" is the exploitation, creation of sources, receipt, preservation, distribution, ensuring sufficient and timely petroleum, equipment, and petroleum supplies for tasks; doing a good job of fire and explosion prevention and control. Implementing good savings according to the regulations of the Ministry of National Defense, not allowing loss or waste of petroleum due to subjective reasons. The results of petroleum work reached 150% compared to the previous period.
