Training and updating knowledge and skills for leaders and managers

On October 22, Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee continued to organize the 3rd training course to update knowledge and skills for leaders and managers at all levels in 2024. Attending were comrades Tieu Hong Phuc - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and localities in the whole province.

The training and knowledge update class is held directly at the Provincial Conference Center and connected online to all district, town and city Party Committees.

Taking place in one day, the delegates studied and researched two topics, including: Objectives, tasks, solutions and some key issues to implement the Binh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 and experience in handling complex issues arising in the leadership and management of agencies, units and localities. These are important topics, closely following reality, focusing on issues arising for the development of the province.

In the morning, comrade Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented the topic on objectives, tasks, solutions and some key issues to implement the Binh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. This content was presented by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee with 3 parts, namely: Position of the Provincial Planning in the Planning system; Main content of the Provincial Planning; Some key solutions to implement the Provincial Planning. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The Provincial Planning is an important legal basis for localities to rearrange development space, formulate policies, allocate and effectively use resources to successfully implement the socio -economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security.

Organizing training courses to update knowledge and skills like this will help the management staff access complete and detailed information to serve the leadership and direction work in the agency and unit. At the same time, flexibly apply the acquired knowledge into practice, both supplementing knowledge and solving new practical problems. From there, creating consensus in the perception and action of cadres, party members and people.
