Cam Pha is ready to organize grassroots party congresses

Up to this point, the party cells under the grassroots party committees in Cam Pha City have basically completed the work of organizing the congress for the 2025-2027 term. Party committees and party organizations in the city are completing the steps according to the instructions of the superiors to be ready to organize the grassroots party congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Mong Duong Ward Party Committee organized the decision to approve the election results of 20 affiliated Party cells for the 2025-2027 term.

Cam Pha City Party Committee currently has 30 branches and grassroots party committees with 390 affiliated party cells. Adhering to Plan No. 439-KH/TU dated July 23, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Plan No. 430-KH/TU dated August 1, 2024 of the City Party Committee Executive Committee, the branches and grassroots party committees in Cam Pha have led and directed the party cells to complete the organization of the congress for the 2025-2027 term. Accordingly, as of February 4, 2025, 365/390 affiliated party cells and grassroots party committees have completed the congress for the 2025-2027 term. Of which, 174 village and neighborhood party cells have been completed, while 25/216 party cells of other types have not been completed (mainly party cells in private economic units).

Through initial assessment, the organization of the congresses for the 2025-2027 term of the affiliated Party cells in Cam Pha City has met the requirements; the organization of the congresses has been carried out with all four contents: democracy, honesty, and responsibility; the documents presented at the congresses are concise, easy to study, creative in development orientation, linked to the development goals of the province and city, especially in the context of the whole country entering a new era of development. In particular, the personnel work at the recent Party cell congresses in Cam Pha has been up to standard and above standard, meeting the requirements and adapting to the new situation; the Party cell congresses have elected a number of Party committees and Party cell secretaries for the 2025-2027 term with a high percentage of votes.

Quang Hanh Ward Party Committee has 25 village and neighborhood party cells (the most among the wards and communes of Cam Pha City). To ensure the organization of the Party cell congress for the 2025-2027 term, after completing the election of village and neighborhood heads, the leaders of Quang Hanh Ward Party Committee promptly deployed the steps to conduct the Party cell congress in the spirit of "People trust - Party nominates". Quang Hanh Ward Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Minh Tuan said: With the characteristic of being the unit with the largest number of Party cells in the city's wards and communes, the Ward Party Committee has assigned and assigned tasks to Party Committee members to monitor and guide village and neighborhood party cells in the preparation steps and the work of conducting the congress to ensure compliance with the law, democracy, fairness, objectivity, creating high consensus and unity within the Party, as well as among all the people.

From the work of organizing the congresses of subordinate Party cells, currently the Cam Pha City Party Committee is reviewing and comprehensively evaluating the work of organizing the Party cell congresses, thereby organizing to draw experience from existing problems and shortcomings to unify leadership and direction of organizing the congresses of branches and grassroots Party organizations in the period from April to before June 30, 2025 in accordance with the direction in Plan No. 439-KH/TU dated July 23, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee.

In the immediate future, the Cam Pha City Party Committee is focusing on leading and directing the implementation of congress preparation work for grassroots party cells and committees to hold model congresses. According to the plan, there are 3 grassroots party cells and committees selected to hold model congresses, including: Cam Trung Ward Party Committee, Cua Ong High School Party Committee, Mong Duong Thermal Power Company Party Committee.

At Cam Trung Ward Party Committee, up to this point, the preparation steps have basically been completed, in which the draft document has been deployed to collect opinions, approved by the 4th Ward Party Committee Executive Committee; the decoration - propaganda, organization - service work has been specifically planned and the emulation movement has been launched to welcome the 13th Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Secretary of Cam Trung Ward Party Committee Nguyen Nhu Ngoc said: All work to organize the model congress of Cam Trung Ward Party Committee has been basically completed. Currently, the Ward Party Committee is waiting for new instructions from higher levels on personnel work to serve the congress, thereby implementing the next steps, in time for the organization of the model congress scheduled for March.

With the results achieved in organizing the congresses of affiliated party cells and the careful and thorough preparation of all stages and steps from the selected party committees to organize model congresses, the party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in Cam Pha city will certainly be a great success, contributing positively to the overall success of the whole province, towards the successful organization of the 16th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
