Russia raided a Ukrainian train carrying 1,300 tons of ammunition

The Russian Defense Ministry said the country's armed forces launched an Iskander-M missile attack on a railway unloading site in the village of Kazanka in the Mykolaiv region.

According to the Russian side, the train was said to be carrying up to 1,300 tons of ammunition, enough for many weeks of fighting.

“ Twelve train cars carrying ammunition, including Western-made ammunition, were destroyed in a missile strike ,” the Russian Defense Ministry stressed.

According to military reporters, the train was carrying between 840 and 1,300 tons of ammunition. This amount is equivalent to the amount destroyed in the recent attack on a large ammunition depot in Toropets, central Russia.

President Zelensky recently admitted that the situation on the front line of the conflict with Russia is "very, very difficult" and that Ukrainian forces must do everything possible in the autumn.
