'Strange bird' appears, overseas Vietnamese talent who once played for Czech Republic U.15

Unlike the last gathering (early June), the U.19 Vietnam team's strength is more experienced in this gathering. This young player is currently playing for CU Bohemians Praha Club in the Czech Republic national championship, and has participated in the U.15 and U16 Czech Republic teams.

It is known that Ho Huu Hung was born in 2006, holding both Vietnamese and Czech nationality. This player has spent 13 years training and playing football in the Czech Republic. Before playing for CU Bohemians Praha, Ho Huu Hung played for FC Slovacko (from 2011 to 2016) and SK Slavia Praha (from 2016 to 2018). Ho Huu Hung's best positions are attacking midfielder and winger.

According to the plan, the Vietnam U.19 team will be stationed and trained at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center ( Hanoi ). On July 16, the team will leave for Indonesia to participate in the 2024 Southeast Asian U.19 Championship, with an official list of 23 players.

The 2024 Southeast Asian U19 Championship will take place in Surabaya, Indonesia from July 17 to July 29. Teams will compete in a round robin in each group to calculate points and rank. The three teams ranked first in each group and the second team with the best record will advance to the semi-finals. The Vietnam U19 team is in Group B with Laos U19, Myanmar U19 and Australia U19.

According to the schedule, the U.19 Vietnam team will play their opening match against U.19 Myanmar on July 18, then against U.19 Australia on July 21 and U.19 Laos on July 24.
