Implementing urgent dispatches from the Mobile Police Command, the North Central Mobile Police Regiment has deployed plans to prevent and combat storms and heavy rains in the areas.
Organize a force of more than 1,000 officers and soldiers with full equipment, materials and means to be on duty in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Tri provinces, ready to coordinate with local forces and authorities to support people in evacuating, searching and rescuing, as well as overcoming the consequences after the storm, contributing to ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.

On September 30, the Regiment mobilized more than 700 officers and soldiers to march to help people in Vinh Phu ward, Cua Lo ward, Nghi Loc commune, Dong Loc commune of Nghe An province; Vung Ang ward, Thien Cam commune, Yen Hoa commune of Ha Tinh province; Nong Cong commune, Hoang Phu commune of Thanh Hoa province.
Here, officers and soldiers of the Regiment coordinated with local forces to evacuate people, move assets, clear traffic routes, clean up and overcome consequences at schools, and clean up houses so that people can soon stabilize their lives and students can soon return to school.

On the morning of September 29, storm No. 10 (Bualoi) combined with a sudden tornado caused serious damage in the communes of Quy Nhat, Hai Anh, Hai Thinh, Hong Phong, Gia Hung and Chat Binh, Ninh Binh province. Faced with the emergency situation, with the consent of leaders at all levels, the Party Committee and the Command Board of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment directed Mobile Police Battalion No. 4 - the unit currently carrying out field operations in Rang Dong commune, Ninh Binh province - to quickly deploy necessary forces, vehicles and equipment to support the people.
Officers and soldiers urgently coordinated with local authorities to evacuate and move people to safe places; support transportation and protect property in flooded areas and areas at risk of deep flooding, contributing to minimizing damage caused by natural disasters.
Currently, the rescue and remedial work is still being vigorously carried out. The Capital Mobile Police Regiment continues to closely monitor the situation, readying forces and means to work with the local authorities and people to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize life.
From the night of September 28 until now, areas in Lao Cai province have had heavy to very heavy rain, causing localized flooding in some locations.

Faced with that situation, at 10:00 p.m. on September 29, the Party Committee and Command of the Northwest Mobile Police Regiment (E24) quickly directed Battalion 3 to urgently prepare forces, military equipment, and necessary materials to mobilize to support the evacuation and movement of people and property in flooded and at-risk areas in Nam Cuong ward, Lao Cai province.
Previously, on September 29, the Ministry of Public Security issued Official Dispatch No. 24/CD-BCA-V01 to the Public Security of units and localities to focus on responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10 and post-storm floods.
The telegram requires all forces to focus on closely following the situation and actual developments of floods after storm No. 10 to effectively implement the work of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level, responding to the risks of high tides, floods, flash floods, landslides, quickly overcoming the consequences of storms and floods, quickly stabilizing the situation; ensuring the safety of assets of the State, enterprises, people and assets and equipment of the police force;

Continue to mobilize forces and means and must combine with extensive propaganda; reach isolated areas as quickly as possible (to each village and hamlet) by all means with the goal of protecting people's lives, safety and health first and foremost (especially paying attention to ensuring absolute safety for forces participating in search and rescue and overcoming consequences);
Focus on searching for missing people, rescuing those trapped or in trouble, and treating the injured; maintain a permanent force to guide, direct traffic, and place warning signs in key areas to strictly control people and vehicles on the road, ensure traffic safety, serve people's travel and relief work, especially on roads that have been eroded, cut off, or have lost the safety of the roadbed and traffic corridors.
