The "Young Doctors" Club coordinated with the Youth Union of Thanh Son District Medical Center to organize the Young Doctors' Festival following Uncle Ho's teachings - Volunteering for community health in 2025.

Diverse models, rich activities

Established in 2012, the “Young Doctors” Club now has nearly 100 members who are doctors and nurses at medical facilities across the province. Not only do they complete their professional tasks well at their work units, the members of the Club also regularly participate in volunteer activities for the community.

Since the beginning of 2024, the Club has organized more than 20 medical examinations, health consultations and free medicine distribution for more than 4,000 people, including: People with meritorious services, policy families, poor households... The Club also actively responded to the voluntary blood donation movement; organized fundraising activities, supported the construction of charity houses, and gave gifts to people with serious illnesses being treated at medical facilities. The Club's practical, responsible and humane actions have affirmed the youth's strength in caring for and protecting people's health.

The model of "Youth with the Law" Club established in 13 districts, cities and towns has been promoting positive results. The Club has organized over 1,000 propaganda sessions with nearly 90,000 Youth Union members participating; built 13 models of "Legal Bookcases" at the District, Commune, Ward, Town level Youth Unions, School Unions... Thereby contributing effectively to the work of legal education for the young generation.

Along with that, many clubs, groups, teams, and groups have been affirming their roles, appeal, and clear operational effectiveness. Typical examples include: "Young Family" Club in Cao Xa Commune, Lam Thao District, which connects young couples, creates a space to share experiences in raising children, maintaining family happiness, and supports updating knowledge, new production techniques, preferential policies to support capital, materials, livelihood development, job referrals, etc. The "Young Theory" Club with its core force of Youth Union officials and young Party members actively participates in the fight against wrong views, protecting the Party's ideological foundation in cyberspace. The "Free English" Club in Cam Khe District has also created an open learning environment, helping young union members and children improve their foreign language skills and confidently integrate...

Building a generation of young people rich in courage and skills

Continuing the spirit of volunteering for the community, other youth clubs, teams, groups in Phu Tho province are always actively contributing their youth and intelligence to many practical activities, contributing to building the homeland of the Fatherland to be more civilized and prosperous.

The province currently has over 813 youth clubs, groups, teams, and groups. Of these, there are 224 volunteer club, group, team, and group models; 87 traffic safety club, group, team, and group models; 85 hobby and study club, group, team, and group models attracting over 106,000 union members, accounting for over 80% of union members in the province; on average, each year, over 1,000 outstanding members/members are introduced by youth clubs, groups, teams, and groups for the Solidarity Organization to recruit.

Taking on the core role of the movement, activities of the Youth Union and Association and being a "bridge" of social resources in supporting youth activities; Clubs, groups, teams, and groups are built based on the needs, interests, aspirations, and careers of young union members; focusing on 3 main groups of fields including: Clubs, groups, teams, and volunteer and humanitarian groups; Clubs, groups, teams, and groups of interests, study, and career; and Clubs, groups, teams, and groups supporting economic development, start-ups, and career establishment.

Many youth clubs, teams, groups have promoted their pioneering and volunteering roles for the community; connecting social resources to support youth programs, notably: Actively participating in and supporting disease prevention and control; participating in responding to, supporting and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters; promoting the organization of social security activities, supporting and helping the elderly, poor households, policy families, people in difficult areas...

Comrade Dinh Thi Tuyet Mai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, affirmed: With its own way of organizing activities; the models of clubs, groups, teams, and youth groups have created novelty and promoted the strengths of the Youth Union, helping the Youth Union members to be more connected with the work of the Union and Association, contributing to orienting ideology and forming good personalities for the young generation.
