Granting certificates to students of Thanh Hoa Province Referee Training Class 2023

After 4 days of active work and achieving high results, the 2023 Thanh Hoa Provincial Referee Training Course ended on August 10 with a closing ceremony and certificate awarding ceremony for the trainees.

45 trainees are provincial referees; sports officials, physical education teachers, grassroots football collaborators, management boards of grassroots football clubs, community football centers, and football business establishments in the province. They have been equipped and updated with professional knowledge on football instructors and referees to build a core team of instructors and referees for districts, towns, cities, industries, and football establishments.

The training course takes place over 4 days.

This year, the training course also devoted time to practice for the trainees to equip and improve their skills in refereeing, match management, organizing grassroots football tournaments at the local level, especially organizing training and educating young people through community football activities at the local level and at the grassroots level. The practice part was performed well by the trainees, and the quality was significantly improved.

Speaking at the conclusion of the training course, Mr. Pham Cam Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of Thanh Hoa Football Federation, hoped that after completing the training course, the trainees would be granted certificates and return to their local work locations to promote the results and knowledge they had acquired in the training course and apply them to practice at the grassroots level, continue to deploy and organize implementation in localities and units effectively.

Mr. Pham Cam Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of Thanh Hoa Football Federation, delivered a speech summarizing the training course.

At the same time, they will become propagandists and active instructors advising party committees and authorities at the grassroots level to create a new change in awareness of the importance of sports for socio -economic development, as well as the need for investment in facilities and funding for activities, contributing to the development of the football movement in particular and sports in general in the locality and unit .

After completing the theoretical and practical tests, qualified students were awarded a certificate of completion by the Thanh Hoa Football Federation. This is the legal and professional basis for students to continue to effectively carry out community football development work in the coming time. Students who meet professional and level standards will be selected by the Thanh Hoa Football Federation, continue to be trained, and added to the referee force to run provincial tournaments in the coming time.
