Portrait of 16 Vietnamese athletes competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics

A total of 16 Vietnamese athletes will participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics, taking place from July 26 to August 11.

After decades of organization, the Olympics   still maintain strict selection principles, with 32 competitions. Ticket to the Olympics is therefore very prestigious, always the pride of any athlete.

There will be more than 10,700 athletes participating in the Olympics in France this summer, about 1,000 fewer than the Tokyo 2020 Games which took place in 2021.

On the evening of July 17, the Vietnamese sports delegation held a ceremony to send off to the 2024 Paris Olympics. The team's goal is to strive for an Olympic medal.
