According to initial information, at around 1:20 p.m. the same day, people in Hamlet 8, Thoi Binh town (Thoi Binh district) suddenly discovered a column of smoke rising dozens of meters high in the area of ​​Nam Binh motorbike shop, then the fire broke out fiercely.
