The Government Office has just issued Official Dispatch No. 7310/VPCP-CN on urgently reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to 4 key traffic projects scheduled to be completed in 2025 under Inspection Team No. 1.
According to the proposed schedule, the four North-South expressway projects of Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan, Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh sections under Inspection Team No. 1 will have approximately 86.47/231.27 km of technical traffic opened on August 19, 2025.
By the end of September 2025, about 114.7 km more will be technically open to traffic and the remaining 30.1 km will be completed in December 2025.

To ensure the progress of project completion, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh - Head of Inspection Team No. 1 requested the localities of Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, and Dak Lak to mobilize authorities and functional agencies to organize construction protection at locations and sections of roads that have been handed over; continue to organize construction protection according to the contractor's plan.
At the same time, organize dialogue and propaganda to get people to agree and support compensation policies according to regulations and compensation and support commitments of investors and construction contractors.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh also requested continued attention and drastic direction for functional agencies and local authorities at all levels to focus on thoroughly resolving difficulties and problems related to compensation and resettlement work before August 15, 2025...
4 expressway projects include: Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan, Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh sections, belonging to the Eastern North - South expressway axis with a total length of 4 routes of 231.27 km. Total investment is 49,786,385 billion VND. Total site clearance volume is 1,327.54 ha/12,385 households, of which 3,264 households are resettled; 74 resettlement areas are built...
These highway projects are being accelerated to ensure full completion by 2025.
