Although storm No. 9 has weakened into a tropical depression, the Hydrometeorological Agency forecasts that heavy rains will continue until September 27. In light of the above situation, the Department of Agriculture and Environment recommends that people in areas that are frequently flooded or at risk of flooding should proactively and quickly harvest the rice fields that are ready for harvest according to the motto "green house is better than old field".
