Proactively handle difficulties and obstacles to implement projects on schedule

DNO - On the afternoon of August 20, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi chaired a working session to listen to relevant units report on the implementation of projects and difficulties and problems in Ngu Hanh Son ward.

According to the report of the Danang City Land Fund Development Center - Branch Area 2 (Ngu Hanh Son), the total number of projects being implemented in 2025 is 16 projects.

Of which, group I in 2024 has 6 projects with a total of 273 records requiring site clearance; group I in 2025 has 2 projects with a total of 9 records requiring site clearance; group II in 2025 has 8 projects with a total of 270 records requiring site clearance.

The total number of land handovers is currently 175 files. Up to now, 2 projects have been completed (the project to clear and upgrade Ba Bang Nhan Street - Dang Thai Than Street (Group I/2025) and the project of the area adjacent to the West of FPT Technology Urban Area (APU area - Pacific University, Group II/2025).

The capital plan from the 2025 budget is over 178 billion VND, the accumulated expenditure to date is 175 billion VND. The total number of arranged lots is 309 lots.

At the meeting, relevant units specifically reported on difficulties and problems in site clearance at 16 projects in the area, mainly related to compensation cost estimates, resettlement arrangements, lack of actual resettlement land, and people not complying with site handover.

Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi requested agencies, units and localities to organize meetings with people, mobilize people to hand over the land, and in case of non-compliance, organize enforcement according to regulations.

For other difficulties and problems, based on the functions, tasks and authority of each unit and locality, there will be specific solutions to handle and resolve them, ensuring that projects are implemented on schedule.
