Of which, 2 licenses for sand and gravel exploitation in the Bai Noi - Deo Co area in the villages: Du, Luc Ngan commune; Hoa Thanh, Bien Dong commune; Ca Phe, Deo Gia commune and the area of Phuc Hoa village, Ao Que village, Luc Ngan commune; Lai Tan village, Deo Gia commune were granted to Hai Dang Ha Nam Investment and Trade Limited Company.

Granting 1 license to exploit and level the ground in Cua Khuon area, Doc Vang dam, Quynh Ca village, Dong Man village, Nghia Phuong commune to Bac Giang Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
The total reserve of sand and gravel that the enterprise is licensed to exploit is nearly 147 thousand m3 of land, the exploitation period is 8 years from the date of licensing. The total reserve of land for leveling that the enterprise is licensed to exploit is nearly 499 thousand m3, the exploitation period is until June 2030.
The Provincial People's Committee requires licensed enterprises to pay fees for mineral exploitation rights; declare and pay resource tax and environmental protection fees; operate in accordance with the permitted coordinates, area, depth, reserves and capacity. Organize boundary markers, notify the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Police, and the Department of Construction of the time and number of vehicles and equipment used to exploit and transport minerals.

Accordingly, since the beginning of the year, the province has granted 11 mineral exploitation licenses to enterprises. Thus, the province currently has 36 mineral mines with valid mining licenses with a total reserve of more than 4.5 million m3. Thereby, in order to promptly supply materials for the construction of traffic and construction works in the area, avoiding the shortage of land for filling.
According to Mr. Ngo Tri Dung, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Minerals (Department of Agriculture and Environment), mining enterprises in the province currently meet 60% of the demand for earth filling and gravel materials for construction projects. In the coming time, the Department will continue to coordinate with localities to focus on removing obstacles to grant licenses to enterprises to carry out mineral exploitation activities for common construction materials, increasing the supply of construction materials.
