At the invitation of Chairman of the State Duma, Federal Assembly, Russian Federation Vyacheslav Victorovich Volodin and Chairwoman of the Federation Council, Federal Assembly, Russian Federation Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man led a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly on an official visit to the Russian Federation and co-chaired the 3rd meeting of the Vietnam-Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee from September 8 to 10, 2024.
