Ia Rbol Commune is a new commune established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the two communes Ia Rbol (old) and Chu Bah. After the merger, the commune has a natural area of 154.97 km², a population of 10,220 people, of which the Jrai ethnic group accounts for 92.41%. This is a special locality with many difficulties in terms of socio- economic conditions, infrastructure and educational level.

The Ia Rbol Commune Public Administration Service Center has initially operated stably and systematically, promoting its role as a focal point for receiving and returning administrative procedure results to organizations and individuals in the area. From July 1 to now, the Center has received 21 administrative procedure files, focusing on the fields of justice-civil status, land, and social protection. Of these, 14 files have been resolved on time, 7 files are in the processing period, and there are no late files.

After inspecting the actual situation in Ia Rbol commune, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Ngoc Luong highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and local government in perfecting the apparatus and maintaining stable operations after the merger.

The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also particularly emphasized the importance of arranging cadres with the right capacity to meet the requirements of the task. In particular, focusing on self-training to improve the professional qualifications of the cadres and civil servants; making the most of the existing facilities, equipment, human resources and material resources.

In poverty reduction work, localities need to assign specific responsibilities to each cadre and party member, clearly analyze the causes of poverty and factors that help escape poverty; at the same time, strengthen surveys and grasp the situation of each household to have effective support solutions.

Checking the operation situation in Ayun Pa ward, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong said that although the ward's Public Administration Service Center has only been officially operating for 9 days, the result of receiving and handling 132 administrative procedures, of which 91 have returned results and 41 are pending processing, is an encouraging result.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the ward government to urgently complete the draft documents of the Party Congress, ensuring quality and progress, to collect grassroots opinions and prepare for the congress.

The document needs to demonstrate the spirit of innovation, comprehensively assess the potential, strengths, and challenges of the locality, thereby proposing appropriate leadership and direction for the new term.

The Party Committee, government and political system of Ayun Pa ward need to continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, innovate thinking, be close to and listen to the people's opinions and take drastic actions to maximize local potential, strive to achieve double-digit economic growth according to the province's common goal.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong emphasized: Ayun Pa Ward needs to promote its potential and advantages, change its mindset, way of thinking, and way of doing things to become a dynamic and modern center, a model for the whole province in terms of organizational structure, urban development, and administrative reform.

With the advantage of relatively complete infrastructure, spacious planning, socio-economic development in the direction of trade and services; people's lives are basically stable, national defense and security are maintained, political security and social order and safety are guaranteed, Ayun Pa ward has all the conditions to make a strong breakthrough.
